Winter is here…
Wow, here we are into July already which makes me nearly 7 and 1/2 months old! At Plunket last week I weighted in at 8kg - a tad over twice my birth weight.
Its friggin cold some nights but some nice new merino suits from Nan are keeping me snuggly and warm. Even if I’m experimenting with different sleeping positions. I didn’t even realise Mum was taking a picture of me when I was asleep with my legs hanging out the side!
I’ve finally grown into my macpac Joey suit that Kiri gave me when I was born. Its sooooo cuddly. I wore it down to Mum’s Xterra race on Sunday to check out what she does for work. There were lots of people who wanted to meet me because they saw me as an ever-growing puku-bump over the Xterra series last Winter. See the pic of me and Dad!
I had a bit of a cold and cough last week. Nothing as bad as when I got croup, but I was sneezing out some super duper candles and bubbles. Which somehow always got smeared all over my face and anything in the vicinity. I looked like a sugar-glazed donut.
